Beautiful room, there were a few paint scratches on the room door, but other than that everything was in great condition. The staff was incredible, especially the lady that kept the breakfast buffet going (which was incredible btw - loved the breakfast burritos with chorizo). She was very kind, and quick when my daughter accidentally spilled her cereal, she came up and cleaned it right up. There was, however, some sort of incident with an ambulance out front when we got back from dinner Saturday night, but it seems like it was it was mainly wrapped up by the time we got there because they were just leaving. Really, that was the only thing that gave me pause, but I am guessing that that was guest related. The rest of the stay was incredible. Cozy beds, beautiful suite with kitchen and pull-out couch. The pool was clean and had a wonderful little hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed that it was outside the city of Indianapolis. However, the pool was out of service, to which they said we could walk next door to Hampton inn and use their pool. The elevator we needed was out of service so we had to enter one side of building, walk to the opposite side for the elevator, then walk back to opposite side of hotel. When you're traveling with children it was difficult. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty and hold mold on the ceiling. Breakfast was good the next morning but of all our stays so far, this was the worst of the hotels. We stayed in the same name hotel the night before in TN, it was nicer and cheaper

I didn't have a problem with the property or the hotel I had a problem with ******* not offering or not letting me know that you had a room for elderly guests I actually told when I booked that my aunt was 83 years old unfortunately she fell in the in the shower in the tub and they the Homewood suites had to break down the door and we had to get her out of there but they gave me another room in the room that they gave me for my aunt was a walk-in shower for handicap or elderly which I had no idea that they had because when I booked you did not offer or let me know about it and I absolutely informed you that she was going to be 83 so I'm really upset I think you guys should reimburse me

Enjoyed our stay
Very friendly staff, the place was clean and well maintained. Loved the suite, very nice having separate sitting room and bedroom. Bed and pillows clean and comfy.
We didn’t have breakfast but it smelled wonderful.

We really enjoyed the space of the suite .We had one person woth a wheelchair and they had plenty of room to get around .The staff was extremly friendly and check in was smooth.The hotel was quiet and the beds wete comfortable .Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly in the morning as well .

It was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. The staff was welcoming and overall very nice hospitable. Despite being by the airport, it was a very quiet area. Would definitely stay again!!

Booked this location with the family specifically for the pool and “spa” aka the overused/under-maintenanced warm -not even hot-tub. Was informed at check in that the hot tub was down. Go figure. After it was “fixed” the jets didn’t work and the water was Luke warm… seems to be the normal at all hotels these days but other than that. Room was clean, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.

Hotel room was pretty dirty, simple things in the room were broken that could of been easily fixed prior to using that room. Pool area was extremely dirty. Looks like no up keep is done. Staff was nice though, other then that it was fine just way over priced for a run down room.
