Staff was amazing! The heat in the lobby and common areas was not working and it was unbearable. Starbucks also was closed for maintenance- which was highly inconvenient. I cannot say enough about the staff- all were friendly and as accommodating as possible.

Outstanding front desk staff! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - including a text to see if there was anything else they could do for us! Absolutely fantastic people all over the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Beds were not made, towels were not replaced. Called front desk and were told it was supposed to be done and would be but never was on any day of our stay.

The staff are very helpful!!! The location was great for visiting Notre Dame and St. Mary’s
房间很棒，晚上很安静，早餐环境也很不错，值得选择。停车场宽敞，停车方便。晚上办理入住的时候还送伴手礼巧克力小饼干，味道不错，意料之外的惊喜。
太喜欢了，下次还会再来。

房间很脏，地板明显没打扫过，前台工作人员是新来的，需要指导。制冰机坏了，餐厅里也没人拿冰。冰箱底部全是水。房间里的淋浴间密封不好，水洒了一地。酒店很热，房间很不舒服，空调也跟不上。停车场看起来像个垃圾场，工作人员在垃圾场里闲逛，这可不是什么好主意。真希望情况能好一些。
我真的很喜欢穿梭巴士！
房间有点旧，但是建筑不错。房间是河景房，景色很棒。不过清洁程度有点低，日常清洁只看得见，床单也没换。不过，令我满意的是班车。我每次都可以去任何我想去的地方，如果我打电话，他们就会来接我。这对于很难叫到出租车的南本德来说是一个很大的帮助。
