Nice landscaping and flowers welcoming guests into the hotel. Hotel was spacious and quiet, comfortable beds and nice breakfast with buffet option (which we prepaid with our room) or menu options.

I did not stay at this hotel on this date. The booking date was incorrect. Was supposed to be for 4/11/2026. Please refund!

Stayed 3 nights. Trash only emptied 1 time and I had to ask for clean washcloths. Expected more from Hilton Garden Inn.

酒店员工没有提供任何帮助,电子卡在泳池、健身房或任何外门都无法使用。抵达后,前台员工没有接待客人。退房当天11:15左右,我们接到电话,被告知房间里落下了一台笔记本电脑、一个包,可能还有其他东西。被叫到的人没有看到这些物品,打电话之前也没有查看房间。我们赶紧把午餐(在另一个城镇)留在那里,开车去取那些我们一直很疑惑是否留在酒店的东西。酒店员工向我们保证,我们在房间里落下了好几件物品,并询问我们是否真的离开了。吃完午餐,我们掉头往与最终目的地相反的方向走去后,酒店员工打来电话,说我们房间里什么也没有落。清洁人员认不出那个打包好的游戏包(酒店自有)和放咖啡的托盘,把它误认为是笔记本电脑。这让我们的行程延误了一个多小时。这家酒店的混乱程度令人震惊。我们可以游泳,但他们却在清理游泳池。那里根本没客人……难道他们不能在入住前就把这件事做完吗?我和家人还有两个女儿正在享受我们付费入住的酒店,却让一个令人毛骨悚然的老头来清理泳池,这感觉非常不专业,也很不礼貌。考虑到这是一家希尔顿酒店,我给整体体验打零分。我对客户服务、酒店清洁标准和整体外观的要求都高得多。
房间和位置都很棒。可惜我们预订了4天3晚的住宿,清洁服务却令人失望。我们一直要毛巾、沐浴露之类的,只有一次他们来收垃圾。我感觉自己完全没有受到照顾!
订了一间特大床套房,结果浴室的2个马桶坏了,冲不了水,也没人来修。折叠沙发床没有床上用品,打电话要了额外的床单,结果只收到一个枕头。
必须支付早餐费用,但没有太多选择。
