This rating if more about the inability to be flexible and put the customer first. We had been traveling for hours and I booked on ******* for that night (Sat) and would be arriving in about an hour. Within a few minutes, I realized I had accidentally booked for the following night (Sun). I contacted *******, Hilton and spoke to the front desk and no one was helpful or interested in giving me a refund for my mistake. I understand the policy but would be very nice if they could be a little forgiving/flexible. We ended up staying at the Hampton and had to pay for 2 nights for our 1 night stay. Will never be back. They said in the future book directly with the hotel instead of going through ******* and it would be easier to get the money back. Just overall very frustrating!

Check-was very easy. Room was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Whoever worked that morning was meticulous in keeping everything stocked and clean. I was most impressed. That employee should be recognized.
