Welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean everywhere. Easy parking, good shopping and restaurants nearby and a pleasant walking trail behind the property. Quiet and safe location.
Have stayed here a few times and it’s always great.

It is a great hotel close to restaurants and the Back Pocket Brewery. We enjoyed having Starbucks and a great buffet breakfast available right in the hotel lobby. We also enjoyed walking along the River Walk in the morning and having coffee in the back of the hotel. Following the Iowa game we had a couple more drinks in the hotel bar where they had multiple televisions.

Clean and comfortable room. Nice bathroom. The parking was easy. Beautiful grounds behind the hotel with a river and walkways.

Over the last year, I’ve stayed at all the hotels in this little Coralville complex, and this one is my fave! I’m a hotel snob and hard to please when it comes to hotel rooms, and this one was pleasing in all the ways that are important to me. Nice decor and a space that makes sense, comfy beds with crisp, clean sheets that actually fit the bed, pillow and mattress protectors, tables on both sides of the beds with plugs and USB’s, newish clean shower with a clean brand of toiletries.
If you like a free mediocre breakfast, then this isn’t your spot. They do have a Starbucks though and a full restaurant with excellent food.

I know is not a Marriott hotel and I know that you get what you pay for, avoid staying here if you can, we checked in at 1am a/c didn’t work, toilet falling apart, shower too cold or too hot you just can’t take a shower, at 9am two cleaning guys(maids) having a party in our next door room, I had to come out and ask them to keep it down so we could sleep, TV control didn’t work, we decided to check out and move to a nice Marriott.

Great property after a recent renovation. Adjacent to a riverwalk and wetland area and the new Iowa River Landing area. Great food, fun shopping and the convention center is next door. Lovely stay with a great staff.
