Room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Showerhead wasn't very good, needs to be changed out, no hair dryer in the room. Nice quiet location.

Worth the price
Came to Davenport to have our yrly reunion. Picked the studio suite and the moment I got in I loved every minute of it. Spacious, clean bathrooms, clean room over all. Will be staying here again next time I’m back in Davenport

This property should be 5 stars,But the concrete pavement leading up to the property is all broken concrete, and really hard on a vehicle. The property opped for rock instead of grass to save on maintenance (good!), but the stones are all over the sidewalk, and a potential hazard under foot. The front doormat is way overdue to be replaced. The dining area, halls and rooms are in vary good condition. And the staff is vary friendly and accommodating.

The tub in 104 was stopped up I told them about it but they did nothing also the locks you have to know how to unlock your door or you would get locked out of your room but just kind of silly and then on Sunday June the 15th at 10:00 a.m. someone started blasting their music until we left and I did not like the breakfast bar it was just all fake food even the boiled eggs were horrible

Excellent!!!
We booked for one night at Residence Inn after we had to leave our original reservation with another hotel due to that hotel overall cleanliness.
Upon arrival it was great, the lady at the front desk of Residence Inn allowed us to do an early check in since were in between hotels.

It's Okay
To start, I booked a two bedroom suite with two double beds, but got a two bedroom suite with one king in each room. I really needed the double beds and when I asked they said this was all they had.
Next, they have a $500 security deposit that you pay for and will get back in 5-10 business days if the manager finds nothing wrong with your room. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time because I wouldn't have booked here if I knew that was the case. The elevator was scary. It made screaming noises like what you would hear in a horror film. And the elevator would start to move before the door closed.
The room was spacious and clean. The TV remote showed it had Netflix but I didnt have the option to sign into my account. Maybe thats something happening soon?
