Rooms were spacious. However, the double beds seemed a bit small. Really liked the breakfast that was offered in the morning. It had a great selection of different breakfast items. Overall, good experience.

We arrived early for an event and we were allowed to have an early check in with no issues. I will stay Embassy Suites in Des Moines every time I need a room.

Was very upset about how inexperienced unmotivated counter representative at Budget Car Rental treated me, resulting in having in my spouse renting a car separately.

Most the staff were friendly. The room and hotel were not as clean as I would like. The condition of the room needs to be renovated, torn carpet, cupboard doors that do not close 100%. I had my room cleaned twice. The second time it was cleaned, my important paperwork was thrown out while the dirty dishes were left behind. That was the most frustrating. Also, if the room was renovated I would recommend have a shower door. By not having a shower door water hot all over the place. Great location and excellent breakfast.

看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。
电视非常旧，我开着租来的车来到酒店，因为我已经从另一个州过来了，据他们说，酒店的停车场已经满了，看起来真的空无一人，另一件令人不快的事情是，酒店的电视只有很少的本地频道，以这个价格，他们应该有智能电视
