When we got to our room and were putting things away in the bathroom, the towels just didn’t seem fresh and when I turned around, there were two dry, dirty washcloths hanging over the shower rod/curtain. It immediately made me feel that the room wasn’t cleaned well.

Clean room, great staff. Need to have more French vanilla creamer on hand. 😅😉
A little disappointed about the pool not in service. But we didn’t have time for it after all.

This hotel was outstanding, not for its clean rooms and amenities (which were excellent in every respect) but for its friendly and helpful staff AND its complementary shuttle service. We were attending a wedding reception at the Seven Hills Ballroom and thanks to the shuttle service, did not have to worry, either about finding a taxi or driving, shall we say, slightly impaired.

Our room key didn’t work twice and left us stranded and waiting for someone to fix the battery on the door lock so we could get back into the room and gather our stuff.

The hotel lobby was nice the rooms outdated and dirty. No early check in at 2pm which is rediculous for travelers. The breakfest that you pay $14.99 for is a sub par version of what would be free at a super 8!!! I do not recommend this hotel to any one!!!!

It is nice to be right downtown in Dubuque and close to restaurants and shops. Parking was free and available, but usually we had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

Updated hotel near everything. Front desk staff very professional. Clean room. Parking is a little confusing. It’s free. There are 3 levels, so drive around the hotels block if you cannot find parking on the level you are on. Each level’s entrance is different, but the elevator is available on each level.

The hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly. The parking garage was a little inconvenient at times but it wasn’t too bad. The only thing was the area felt a little shady.
