First night I was going to shower, there was hair on the walls of the bath tub & also along the trim of closet doors, as if dirty towels where used to wipe down areas. Also, I had to call front desk 2 times to complain of group of people drinking on the front patio area & talking loud approx 11:30pm -12:00am. I was told they had brought it up to their attention, but nothing the staff could do on their part and that I had to just deal with it.

Disappointed

Front desk staff member was wonderful. She was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately that’s the only positive I have. We were on the 3rd floor and it seemed they have no AC in the hallway as it was very humid. Room AC didn’t seem to regulate very well and it was freezing but we thankfully had sweatshirts to help. Some of our pillows and bedding had blood stains. Staff gave us new bedding to put on ourselves. No comforters, just sheet and thin blanket that didn’t do much for warmth or comfort. When taking a shower, the tub had a slow drain so within a couple minutes you were standing in water up to your calves. Bathtub also had stains on it. Dishes in cupboard had food still crusted on them. Went down to enjoy the pool and hot tub but the hot tub was broken. The water was murky and it was at best luke warm with no jets. 2 hours before checkout and with the do not knock sign on the handle, housekeeping knocked and opened the door anyway while we were getting ready. All in all it was a pretty disappointing stay.

Good service in a pinch. We needed room last because the hotel we had a booked was not safe or clean and it was the weekend of the Megan moroney concert. They got us right in and were so super friendly! Would definitely stay here again!
