The hot tub has not been listed on the Hampton website for a year now as we are in the process of having it permanently removed soley due to ongoing maintenance concerns. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and I will look into why the 3rd party websites have not removed it from their list of amenities. I do hope you will stay with us again in the future. Our pool area is a great place to relax and unwind.

酒店员工真是太棒了!他们帮我提前办理了入住。我的手机没电了,他们借给我充电器,让我可以下载完酒店App。其中一位女士(August)对我的六岁儿子特别好,在我忙着办理入住手续的时候,她帮儿子找了动画片和玩具。真后悔当时没记住他们的名字。免费早餐是我吃过最好的之一。房间也很棒。唯一的小瑕疵是房间里还有一个没用完的塔可钟杯子。总而言之,我非常满意,如果以后需要住酒店,我还会选择这里。
虽然价格不菲,但床很棒 :)

这是我住过的最差的一次。本来应该有热水浴缸,但已经停用两年了,池子里有很多污垢。211 房间的浴室被水损坏了。一楼的天花板上有一个洞,就在你上电梯之前
泳池不太干净,闻起来有氯气味,有点咸🤔。热水浴缸不能用,预订或入住时也没人告知不能用……我们出门打扫房间时,服务员没有用吸尘器打扫。食物不错,大多数员工都很友好!

我们特意预订这家酒店是为了按摩浴缸,但按摩浴缸当时没有开放,入住时或入住前也没有告知我们。而且我女儿的房间还多收了100美元。我们对这次住宿非常不满意,希望获得部分退款。
前台培训不够好。入住登记错误,房卡一直没用,隔着墙都能听到隔壁邻居的谈话,账户里有6笔虚假消费,我不得不注销,工作人员没有在我们要求的那天打扫房间,等等。
我选择这家酒店而不是城里的其他酒店,完全是因为广告宣传的热水浴缸。我们到店后被告知,热水浴缸已经一年多没用了,因为它可能携带细菌。那为什么泳池没问题呢?如果没有热水浴缸,就不应该被列为有害生物。
