One downside we were on second floor and could hear everything in room above us Squeaky bed lots of footsteps Overall great stay while visiting Endicott College for family weekend

I continue to use this hotel because it is convenient and safe. However, for the price that you pay, I would expect a little more. I just feel you get nickel and dimed at this facility. Although everyone at the front desk is courteous, when they see someone struggling with luggage trying to get in the front door, no one comes to assist. There is never a bottle of water in the room but of course you can purchase water near the reception area. There is a continental breakfast but again, you have to pay for it. Also, if your room is available you can get an early check in for an additional $15.00. The up side is, it is conveniently located.

Great property and great customer service ! The room was very clean and smelled great, bed was super comfy and there was a target and restaurants right around the corner ! We were about 15 minutes from Salem and about 30 from Boston so it was a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again !

Property was very nice, rooms where also clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue is the doors to each room slam shut so at night and in the morning it can get slightly annoying but didn’t ruin the experience

We keep getting handicapped access rooms and these are terrible. I am sad that people who require these rooms are subjected to these rooms!

服务员表面客气，其实心里歧视华人 ，早餐前台告诉我们10点结束 ，9:30我带着孩子餐厅用餐 ，那个餐厅的（******）告诉我们结束了，东西她都收起来了，还笑嘻嘻的让我们去超市买。过了一会一个白人拿着房卡，那个死女人居然笑脸相应给白人去拿早餐。我问她为什么他有，我们没有？她又问我们需要什么。她就是个****，真恶心。
