1 of our 2 rooms had no heat no matter how high you turned the thermostat. Room stuck at 65 degrees blowing cold air. Hotel in need of a major refresh.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Unfortunately the whole hotel itself is kind of rundown. If you’re looking for something economical it fits the bill but you get what you pay for.

Room was okay. Would have been nice to have had use of the safe (which was locked.) Also, still no bath soap.
