Beautiful setting with clean upgraded interior. Very convenient to shopping, restaurant's, and entertainment. Nicely decorated rooms. Good coffee. Average breakfast.

The room was very nice (except for the "squatty potty" low toilet designed for 3rd graders) and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. The back entrance steps were horrible for trying to get up with luggage. The incline and number of steps would be challenging for young folks (like the ones who commented such to me) but not doable for anyone with mobility issues who had to park in the back.

Rude staff member
Front desk person yelled at us pointed at us and told us we could leave the hotel if we didn’t like it after a small matter was brought to their attention. He was so rude someone not in our party heard it and told him he was rude and unprofessional. Other staff were fine and pleasanr

Everything was great. The room was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Room was a bit cramped for 2 beds, so getting around to closet was tight. Other than that it was great.
