All of the above. Best run hotel I have stayed in for years and I have stayed at some very nice places. However, sometimes something was missing. Usually inconsistent training.

I stayed here with a last minute reservation and I’m so thankful my plans were involuntarily changed. The hotel is modern, staff was very friendly. I’m going to stay there on my repeat visits to KC.

I like staying at Hampton Inn’s when I travel. They are very consistent in the cleanliness, staff and rooms. One of the features I really like is the free water in the lobby. I never drink enough water when I travel so I appreciate water being available as you walk in. The bed was comfortable. There were not enough pillows though. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I was at this hotel on a Chiefs game weekend so the place was packed in the morning for breakfast. We left on Monday morning and the breakfast selection looked better that day but I did not eat anything.
