The walls had dirt spots, bathtub looked like it had a ring around it, dirty shower walls with hair, dirty behind the toilet and bottom of toilet. Terrible smell in the hallway.

I usually choose a Hilton over holiday inn or other hotels. Im loyal because in my experience I can usually rely on the service and clean accommodations. This was conveniently placed close to an important meeting I had. When we arrived, the housekeeper/maids were advertised as “every other day”. What we realized was that they actually never come. Our room had used toilet paper on the roll, and no extra toilet paper. There were four tissues in the tissue box in the room. They also shut off the water to the hotel right when my fiancé and I had to go. They didn’t tell the hotel guests. When I called the front desk about their being no water in the toilet to flush after I went #2, they informed that they had shut off the water. They didn’t inform us when it would be back on. Other than flushing the toilet, I also couldn’t shower right before an important event we traveled to witchita for. I will never stay here again. I will be asking for my money back.

The location was great and the staff very friendly. The lobby is very nice but once you leave the lobby, the whole building is just outdated. The room had ants and old, worn carpet and furniture. The bath tub was old and would not drain well after a shower. Upon entering the room, there was garbage already in one of the cans and the clock, lamps and phone very dusty. We were too tired to try and switch rooms and didn’t spend much time in it anyway. If they made some minor updates and did better housekeeping, it would be a great place to stay. Just no what we were used to with previous Hilton Garden Inn stays.

Great restaurants nearby. Fantastic staff so helpful and friendly! Breakfast wonderful they were very flexible as to what I wanted and the quality of the food was superb. Extremely easy to get to all the different places I needed to. Parking easy. The ants in the room were a bit annoying but I guess that’s trivial

The room was clean with a good location. Staff was super friendly. Loved the lobby area for sitting and visiting. The hotel room could use some updating for the price paid.

Old hotel. Less than. Horribie breakfast. Tv failed entire…no other rooms. Tub filthy. Ceiling peeling more.
很棒的一天，酒店后面有个湖可以散步。他们还有沙包游戏可以玩，附近有餐厅和购物中心。是个很不错的入住地点。
