Checkin was all good just that door battery was discharged and they switched to other room immediately... So, I was fine with it. Apart from that the stay and the breakfast was all good...!

We weren’t even able to get into our rooms at this hotel and I sat there for two hours waiting to get in and they wouldn’t let me in. I booked a hotel under my girlfriend‘s name and she had car trouble and I didn’t know that she was gonna be there after me or I would’ve booked it my name I paid for the hotel room and had ID and everything like that when we showed up, it was late at night and the guy was aggravated. Apparently she came in and she didn’t have her ID on her, but she had a picture of it and he wouldn’t accept it while any other time we’ve stayed at this hotel or other ones that are Hampton’s, that’s not been a problem and I’m the one that paid for the hotel so what’s the issue? You know what I mean the staff was unfriendly cold and easily kicked us back out into the rainy weather with no room when we paid for in advance and we had to sit out the storm until we get our car fixed and basically we’re stranded in bad weather so forget this place never wanna do business with these people again, and that’s a reflection on the Hampton hotel

The room was extremely clean, staff was courteous, the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great! My only complaints was the sound of traffic and a squeaky bed, but the bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows!! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Only thing I question is why no fan in bathroom for the steam from shower?
