Morning Staff was not very friendly asked for a lat check out was only given 30 more min!!! Water did not get hot in the shower.

The room was comfortable. We chose this hotel because of free shuttle service to and from the airport but found out when we arrived at the airport that the shuttle stops at 10:30 pm so had to pay for an uber.

We were LIED to and desk agent was absolutely horrible at trying to assist-
1- I called after reservation was made to CONFIRM shuttle ride to catch flight was told over phone that shuttle ran 24 hours - check in only to find that is a LIE
2- When I called I was told we could leave car parked for $50 for the week- LIE the desk agent said it would be $15 per day AND the shuttle stopped running after 10:45 pm (our return flight arrived at 11 pm so no shuttle back to retrieve car)

酒店回复: I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us but the first 2 comments sound like you must have contacted Hampton South which does offer 24 hour shuttle service. We only offer Park and Packages and if it wasn't booked as a package the fee to leave a vehicle is $15 per day. Again, sorry for the confusion.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Very clean. We were able to grab a good night's sleep, then quickly hop over to the airport to catch a flight.

I did not like that being Hilton Honors Member I did not receive the welcome gift. I realize its usually water and a few snacks but at the same time I feel I should have been given it

I stayed at the Hampton Inn. First, I was on the main floor and the people above me were jumping around until after 10:30pm. I had to be up at 4am to catch a flight, so I called the front desk a few times to see if they could either ask those guests to be quiet or move my room. They were sold out so I couldn't move. Then, I took a picture of a few ants crawling on the nightstand beside the bed. The room was clean enough, but felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned. I won't be staying at this hotel again next time I travel.
相当满意，服务态度很棒，楼下一直有热水还有咖啡供应，卫生打扫得很及时，早饭就跟正常，虽然品种不多，但是很舒服。
干净整洁有序，小巧的一家酒店，好在性价比。前台友好，接机也不错，整个入住没问题。会继续考虑下次入住。
