Rooms were clean, customer service was excellent, they had a great breakfast and all the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived late and just wanted to sleep, so we did not ask for another room. There was mold growing around the shower, and the pillows smelled of smoke. I had to cover them with a towel to cover the smell and be able to get to sleep. Bathroom faucet was difficult to turn on and off because it was sticky. The room was not up to the standard that we are accustomed to at other Hampton Inns.

The room i received was right beside the back door. Needless to say I got no sleep which made for a dangerous 10 hour drive in the morning. Kids screaming running up and down the halls! My room looked luke it was geared for the disabled. Washroom was awful and the room smelled reall dank. The pillows were pankake flat and the sheet were so wirn you could see through them. Im a fan of the Hampton Inn so all this really surprised me. I booked well in advance so no excuses for the awful room I was given.

Location is not in a great part of town. Staff was rude, would not allow people to hang out in common area. Will never stay at this property again, stay away!

酒店回复: The behavior of the parents associated with the soccer team was disruptive to the hotel staff and other guests. Despite being asked on several occasions to lower their volume, some parents continued to drink in the lobby while children were left unsupervised. There were instances where staff requests were met with disrespect, including mocking responses and outright refusal to comply with our policies, such as requests to return to their rooms. We also received multiple noise complaints from other guests regarding the conduct of this group, further disrupting the overall guest experience. Our responsibility is to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests, and we must adhere to our policies in order to maintain this standard. We stand by our commitment to enforce policies that ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, not just a select few. We hope that future interactions with hotel staff will be more cooperative, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The room had paint peeling on the walls when you first walked in. The bed frame sounded like it was about to break anytime you moved. The mattress was hard as a rock.

Toilet was very noisy, the sink was plugged up and did not drain for at least 10 min. There was no fan in the bathroom with seemed to be cheap hotel. Also there was no plastic cups just the paper coffee cups.

The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet. Beds were extremely comfortable, even the sofa bed.
