房间清洁度不错,但前一位客人留下的零食灰尘残留在床头柜和房间后面的过道上,这让我很抱歉。浴室配有宽敞的浴缸,但热水温度较低,淋浴需要等待一段时间才能出热水。空调运行良好,但有点吵。

企业贪婪至极
我们在入住前大约3小时接到一个电话,说我们家有人遭遇事故,生命垂危。我们立即上车,开始了6个小时的车程。不久后,又接到一个电话,说他们已经走了。在震惊和悲伤之中,我完全忘记了给酒店打电话。我对此负全部责任。没想到的是,我的卡上竟然被扣了几乎两倍于每晚房费的费用。我完全预料到会被收取一晚的住宿费,但这笔额外费用纯粹是贪婪。我给经理留言,却无人接听。这绝对让我不会再住汉普顿酒店了。
我们的房间几乎粘在一起了。
空调的面板掉下来砸到我的脚(完全没来由),而且每次碰床都会发出响声。这一夜我睡不着,而且房间的质量绝对不符合我对于这么高规格展会的期望。
除了泳池意外的惊喜之外,其他都还好。我喜欢汉普顿酒店连锁。这次入住体验略显平淡,因为我看到一个流浪汉从泳池里出来,在泳池门旁边的灌木丛里小便。除此之外,一切都还好。
办理入住的工作人员友好且乐于助人。我们遇到的唯一问题是厕所坏了,他们告诉我们要到早上10:30才能修好。大堂的卫生间很脏。我们提前退房,在街对面订了一间房间。
早餐服务人员太棒了!他们非常友好、礼貌,客户服务技巧也很棒。他们很快就补充了快用完的菜品。他们很周到,热情好客。
酒店大楼和房间都需要大量维修。我们不得不从恒温器坏了的房间搬到另一个浴室有霉味的房间。这是我在汉普顿酒店第一次糟糕的体验。
地理位置优越,靠近市中心。工作人员非常友好热情。我入住的那天酒店人很多,但人流量控制得很好。房间干净整洁,维护得很好。
