The staff didn't even look up to check us in. Then they failed to tell me there was a $75 charge for incidentals. The room was old but clean. The bed was sunken in the middle. It was close to the football stadium so that made it worth it.

Got hit with a 75 hold for incidentals. I asked when it would be returned. He didnt know. Was not friendly or concerned.

Our bathroom smelled like sewer initially when we entered the room and the room itself smelled musty. The bed was comfortable.

The place to overnight in Calgary
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, and excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant in the hotel was a terrific surprise - just an amazing place to eat, good food and reasonable prices.
