Hotel van came quickly to the airport for pick-up and the driver was very courteous. Hotel & Restaurant staff the same. Room was nice size, clean and relaxing.

Good access to airport, but quiet in the rooms for sleeping. Quiet air conditioner, which is always a hassle if they are loud in the room. Wish the fan on it could be turned down a bit...too much air blown for nightime sleeping. Otherwise great experience!

The room tiny refrigerator was useless. After putting in three sodas and 3 water bottles in it you couldn't put a sandwich in it, way too small. Not good for a couple of days stay.

Perfect for Louder than Life
We loved that they included the shuttle and they had some cute clear packs with necessities as a welcome gift wince we went for the festival. Everyone was super friendly and we loved that they had a late night menu for the festival. So helpful! It was quiet and clean and we would book again if we decide to go back to LTL

I have normally stayed at the Crown Plaza across the street from the Marriot when I stay for the Louder than Life music festival but decided to try the Marriot this year. Ultra clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet and very conveniently located next to the Exposition Center. This will be the hotel option that I take when I come again next year.

Hotel was great, except the TV would not change from the "Hotel Info" channel. It did work properly when getting ready to check out at 7am the next day.
