We choose the hotel based on several factors. One of those factors were indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order and the water temp in the pool was too cold to swim. We asked the staff if the temp was adjustable and the comment made to us was" it is 29 degrees outside that effects the pool, if it's too cold don't swim." There were also other guests that stated the water was too chilly. If we had known of these 2 factors prior to booking, we would have choose a different hotel. We will not be staying there again.

Facilities left a lot to be desired. Room had a closet door hanging from one wheel while the other door was completely missing. Water in the shower was like warm while the hot was all the way on. Wallpaper in the bathroom peeling off of the wall above the shower. Hot tub was shut down and wasn’t told of this at all just went in the pool to see it was closed.
Would do zero starts- but the staff was very friendly.

We arrived around 2 a.m. when we went to get into our bed and found hair and dirt in the bedsheets. We chose this hotel so the kids could swim and it was one of very few with a hot tub. The hot tub was out of order. Front desk staff the first morning we were there was not nice at all. She seemed bothered by my questions regarding parking. Def wouldn’t stay here again.

We book this hotel for a heated pool and jacuzzi. Neither was working! Tired, outdated, least comfortable bed on our trip.

Very nice, reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of our conference venue. Wish there could have been airport shuttle service, but otherwise, very happy with the accommodations, although our sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. It dipped in the middle.
