The bed was too soft. The pillows were uncomfortable, the restaurant food was horrible. I also requested a new pillow and it didn’t show up until I called and requested it again after I got back to the hotel after work. (10 hours)
There is a bbq pit next to the hotel and it’s all I could smell in my room when I at the hotel. It’s overwhelming and I love to smoke meat myself.
The bartender in the restaurant was very nice though.

This hotel as well as the service and staff is a 10 out of 10 and I am picky! I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless.

Valet could have been handled better. I don't like leaving my car outside, having to check in and then give my keys to person at counter to handle the vehicle. usually a valet would meet you at your car, and offer to take your luggage.

The only downside was parking, 37 a night. The convenience of local shops and restaurants is amazing. Amenities and services at the hotel were excellent.
