Room was clean. Bathroom is little dated, bed was comfortable. Staff provided fresh towels daily. Would stay again.

I was in room 104. It smelled musty and damp. The floor was damp. The service at the front desk was great but I checked in very, very late and did not want to contend with changing rooms. Then by 7 am there were kids running up and down the hallway yelling so much no possibility of sleeping - just left. I stay here a lot but may rethink that in the future.

Front desk person was friendly and check in was quick. Overall, the hotel was a bit rundown, hallway carpets were dirty and in need of replacement. Some windows in lobby were etched white from something.
Room was clean but definitely in need of an update. Room was "accessible" however, they used the handicap handrails in the bathroom as towel rods. Bed was way too tall for someone who would need to transfer from a wheelchair. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable; sheets seemed a bit rough to the touch.
Access to local business was good.

The windows had no locks them. Very easy to just climb right in . Talk to front desk clerk about it and he was going tomoved us to another room and checked it before we moved and that window opened up as well. So he moved us up to the second floor. He was very helpful.

Convenient for business travel in Mt Sterling. Room was on 2nd floor, room 209 and door was within 18 inches of the elevator. Odd placement for a hotel room and didn't feel as safe due to that. There were no issues and everyone was pleasant though.

Mold
We walked into our room the floor was wet. Woke up with our sinuses congested. Took the cover of the a/c unit, there was mold all over cover, filter was full of dust, the water was just sitting in the pan all the lines were clogged. After cleaning it out the flooring started to dry up and woke up less congested. Maintenance needs to clean all the a/c units. The entire building had condensation all over the windows. This places needs a good ventilation system in place.

The only issues were that the icemaker on 3rd floor was out of order so we had to use one on 1st floor. Also, in our room (#321), the hair dryer wasn't working. I mentioned it to front desk clerk and she tried to tell me about a button on the side...I am very mechanical and the hair dryer was old and burnt out.

Home away from home.
I always stay there when in Mt. Sterling. They know me well now and read my requests. Rooms are great and located near all my Mt. Sterling destinations.
