Even though they were in the middle of a remodel our stay was great. Staff was friendly and effecient. Room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was also very good with lots of hot food choices

我已多次入住这家欢朋酒店了，一如既往的干净，工作人员友好。只是泳池的化学物太多引发红眼症和浑身皮肤过敏。
因为他们拒绝在不再次收费的情况下办理入住，所以我没能入住！他们说我们迟到了15分钟。前台的Kimberly态度极其恶劣，根本不接Travelocity经理的电话，最后还挂断了客服代表的电话。她试图把两间房卖给我们，但之后又告诉客服代表她没有空房了。我们只好离开，入住了街对面另一家酒店。第二天我联系了经理，她只是说自己是新来的。她向我保证我的卡上没有被扣款，但第二天却出现了超过200美元的消费记录。真是噩梦一场，我绝不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
早餐还可以——冷冻炒蛋饼和疑似鸡肉香肠——酒店正在升级改造，非常干净，员工也很友好。
酒店的预订政策不够灵活，而且房间有异味……我们以后不会再入住这家酒店了。
