Looed old and dated, especially the bathroom. I was very spooked by both the bathroom tiled floor and the batch itself being VERY slippery when wet.
Very noisy W traffic - ? need triple pane windows,
In room coffee AWFUL and miserly provision of sugar/creamer and no tea.
Garage large, spooky and dimly lit, w terrible signage.
Signage thru the hotel unclear and confusing.
Altogether noit good value for $200+

We always stay here when we visit Yakima. Very comfortable bed. They could use more comfy chairs in the room. They are a bit stiff.

I called right after making the reservation when I realized Mr reservation was for the incorrect night. I was first told that I couldn’t make the change without paying the full price. I was the told that the reservation could be changed for $1.00. When I got to the hotel that day they told that Expdia had not confirmed the change even though I had a confirmation E-mail that said they had. We had to wait for several minutes until the hotel got ahold of ******* and confirmed the change. I also thought I had paid for breakfast but the next morning was told I hadn’t. We were also not told we were being charged $15 for parking. Very sloppy.

Usually in great conditions. This time, the room had a chemical type of smell, (not necessarily humidity or mold, couldn’t figure out what it was. Also, the heater was loud.

Our room was clean and very spacious, as well as the staff was friendly and helpful! The pool and spa were clean and well maintained, however the pool room was quite hot. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay
The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was REALLY nice. There was a chef making stuff to order. He was super friendly and the food was good.
