Staff members, especially the front desk, were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay. The breakfast was very good also. Quick walking distance from the Great Lakes Crossings mall. Would definitely stay here again!

The locatuon was just right except the pool was ice cold. Also my daughter was so bummed about the pool being cold too

Hotel was great! Very nice room. I did specifically book a place with EV charging and could not get any of the 3 chargers to work for me. I’ve never had issues with other chargers, but this one just wouldn’t start charging. Luckily there was a fast charger close by at mall, but I was hoping to get an overnight charge so be mindful!

Should've booked an Airbnb
Booked on June 10th with request for ajoining rooms and have rooms close to anothe family who were travelling with us. Advised they would do there best to accommodate. It didn't happen. Advised the ajoining room next to us had been there since July 14th. I booked on JUNE 10th! Room service is alternative days.

Right next to sealand and lego at mall. Good breakfast with kids. Lots of choices of food at and around mall.

Very clean, friendly staff and guests. Nice hearty breakfast. Comfy beds and quietest hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time.
房间还比较干净卫生，就是不隔音，很吵闹！早餐一般，不想法国或中国早餐比较丰富
很棒的酒店。步行3分钟即可到达购物中心。
