Yes the clerks were courteous. The room was clean. Could use higher toilet for elderly. Could have used rubber bath mat on tub. Glad there was a safety bar on wall of shower. We were put near elevator due to my brother’s impaired mobility.

I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have been trying different hotels each trip to Michigan to find the best one at a decent price. This is the one. Our stay was so comfortable I started accidentally calling it my apartment lol.
