We have stayed there 2x now for medical appointments and was happy both times. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub and pool were great.

They gave me a handicap room because my foot is in a boot from surgery. Very nice check in

早上洗澡的时候发现淋浴间里有只虫子。我当时没在意，就把它冲到火车上冲走了。等优步的时候，我看到大堂墙上有一只巨大的蜘蛛。我跟礼宾部说了，他们居然一笑置之。真的，他们走过去，笑了笑就走开了。我觉得很奇怪，就离开了。回到房间后，我发现有四只蟑螂正从窗帘上爬下来。不用说，我当时吓坏了。我刚收到外卖，正准备坐下来吃。结果我不得不搬到三楼。这次礼宾部的反应是“真奇怪，我们今年都没遇到过虫害”，而不是“对不起，这太可怕了”。他们只是给我换了个房间。我根本睡不着，因为我一直想着每个房间可能都有蟑螂。真是太恶心了。很明显，他们那里虫害严重。早餐我也不想碰。我有照片，但是没地方上传。我绝不会再住这家酒店，也建议其他人不要住。我还想补充一点，第二个房间的温控器坏了，空调也关不掉，所以我只好拔掉了电源。当时室温是62华氏度（约17摄氏度）。我没提这件事，是因为我当时只想赶紧离开。
不会再来了
前台服务态度很差。我本来想提前入住，结果被拒之门外。过了下午3点的入住时间，酒店仍然没有空房。我们一大群人想住同一层楼，酒店却不愿意安排。泳池把每个女孩（8个女孩！）的屁股和脚都弄得起了皮疹。
晚上10:30左右入住。大约10分钟后才有人来前台。
我到了房间，注意到以下几点：床与床之间的灯没有灯罩，浴缸因为缺乏清洁而留下了一道水垢，房间的整体装修和装饰都很糟糕；他们绝对不应该再雇佣那个承包商了，尤其是那个石膏板工。
总的来说，清洁和维护工作似乎很敷衍。这让我想起的更像是一家糟糕的汽车旅馆，而不是连锁酒店。
