Personable, professional staff welcomed me in the beautifully restored lobby. My quiet king suite was tastefully appointed with a nod to themed historic decor, high-end bedding, plush towels and luxurious toiletries. Other thoughtful touches included a robe and slippers, a comfortable couch with a cozy throw and loads of well-placed adjustable lighting. And for those of us who like to “settle in,” there’s drawers (imagine that) to store your belongings! But, the highlight of my stay was the Four Vagabonds bar. Stunning! The website’s pictures don’t do it justice. And bartenders Candace and India kept the patrons engaged in lively conversation for hours. Be sure to ask India to make one (or two) of her 5 star old fashioned cocktails. Next time, I’ll make a reservation at Clara’s Table restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel. In fact, make a day of it and pair a stay with a visit to The Henry Ford Museum.

Greeted by Jay, very kind and informative. Gave us an explanation of the recent renovations, very nice! I hope we see Jay again on our next visit, he made us feel so welcomed. We will visit again soon.

We would like to thank Jay for taking the time to show us the renovated Dearborn Inn. He was so informative and thoughtful in his effort to make us feel right at home. Thank you Jay. We will never forget your kindness. My wife and I spent the first night of our marriage at the Dearborn Inn on November 24, 1984. We look forward to visiting our hometown of Dearborn in the future and staying at the Dearborn Inn!

Most beautiful atmosphere only surpassed by the charming and helpful staff. Appearing at appropriate times to assist with any needs and ensure comfort. Amenities abound. Clean, well appointed, and warm reception. Quiet, historic, and tastefully decorated. Excellent location, minutes from tasty dining options. Exceptional value. Can't wait to go again!

The doorman Jay made our time visiting the Dearborn Inn so incredible. His passion for people and hospitality is infectious and something to really admire. It was my first time visiting and he shared some very cool stories about the place. Jay not only went above and beyond with his service but he made my family and I feel so welcomed and loved- and THAT is the beauty and magic of hospitality. Great job Jay. Already planning to come back soon!

From the minute we walked in the front door, Jay greeted us and gave us the most amazing service! The whole place is absolutely stunning, the guest houses are incredible and the restaurants were fantastic. What a gem! Special thanks to Jay for showing us around and sharing the history of the place and making us feel so welcomed. Truly the best part of The Dearborn Inn is Jay who was the nicest person I have ever met in all the places I have visited.

I had an EXCEPTIONAL Guest Experience! As a business consultant, I have worked with hundreds of retail businesses on improving their Customer/Guest Experience. The Dearborn Inn would be a classic case-study on what a Superior Customer/Guest Experience should be.
