I don't sleep well away from home... at this hotel I sleep GREAT!! Love the comforts of home in the rooms. Great staff, very clean, and breakfast is always a delight! Love this place

I called ahead to request an early check-in and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. But when I arrived at the expected time, the room wasn’t ready. I could deal with that, but what happened next was absolutely disgusting.
When I finally got to our assigned room at 2 a.m., the door was wide open like anyone could just walk in. Inside, the bed had no sheets, the bedding was filthy like someone had slept there before without changing anything, and every drawer and cupboard was left open. It felt like walking into a nightmare of filth and neglect. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a serious health hazard.
I immediately reported this to Danie at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She listened carefully, apologized sincerely, and quickly arranged for us to be moved to clean rooms. Her kindness and professionalism were the only bright spots in this awful situation.
Then, after barely five hours of restless, gross sleep, someone else tried to get into our room, claiming it was theirs. This level of chaos and disregard for basic hygiene and security is appalling.
The reason I originally booked a 2-bedroom suite was because I had a younger female with me so we could stay together for safety and comfort. But when we got moved to new rooms, she had to be separated, and then someone actually opened her door trying to get in. That made the whole situation even more unsettling and stressful.

This unfortunately led to your initial room being entered by one of our renovators before it was properly prepared. Our stay was great...and the suite was very clean! Our breakfast was tasty but could have been hotter.. the front desk service and breakfast service was excellent!

Good experience overall.
Quiet, clean, well managed breakfast, staff was very friendly. Hotel is a little dated, but would stay there again.

Love this location! Anytime I'm in town I stay here! Friendly staff, great rooms with kitchenettes and separate living area, and great breakfast! Recommend!

The tv didn't work, the carpet in the bedroom was flooded, and in the middle of the night water was dripping onto the bed from the ceiling

Everything was excellent with the exception of being unable to use the pullout sofa bed. The matress on it was dirty, stained and smelled. Everything else was perfect best stay so far.
