简直是个破烂地方。到处都是禁烟标志，但所有家具上都有烧焦的痕迹。墙上有污渍，地板黏糊糊的，我都不敢脱鞋。床上用品倒是干净，但枕头非常扁。前台接待员让我到别处等15分钟才能办理入住。大堂里没有其他人，我也有预订，但她需要时间给我找房间。态度也很不友好。
环境一般 卫生条件一般。价格不算便宜
夜班前台服务周到。这已经是我们第三次和家人一起来这里入住了。性价比很高。对短期旅客或只过夜休息的人来说非常棒。
这个地方有很大的潜力变得更好。但它需要在清洁和维护方面有所改进。
希望家具能换新的。

入住期间房间里弥漫着烟味，房间很旧。电视机坏了，没法用，也没有有线电视。浴帘发霉了。浴缸没有支撑，非常滑。墙壁很脏。插座都脱落了。对我们来说，这间房完全不符合标准。我们勉强住了一晚。
无开游泳池
房间需要好好修缮一下，墙壁的清洁程度也令人不敢恭维。房间里没有暖气，温度只有16摄氏度，电视也坏了，虽然提供了咖啡（供喜欢喝黑咖啡的客人使用），但是没有洗脸巾，只有毛巾等等。工作人员倒是挺有礼貌的。
是的，第一个房间有股难闻的气味。前门开着，锁也坏了。我们告诉她后，她却说她早就知道了。我们要求换房。新房间气味好一些，但淋浴喷头喷水四溅，浴缸边缘还有霉菌。不过我们别无选择；我丈夫需要地方睡觉，而我则在蒙克顿医院。备注：在我们入住的三个晚上，没有人来送干净的毛巾或打扫房间。这将是我们最后一次入住这家酒店。亚瑟和苏珊·拉加斯
