入住房间后,我们走进去发现房间因为管道漏水而被水淹没了。前台只有一个人在工作。她态度很粗鲁,对这种情况毫无歉意。我联系不上经理。我给酒店打了两次电话,也发了两次邮件,但都没有回复。总的来说,这是一次糟糕的体验。

住宿体验很棒。没什么大的抱怨。热水浴缸不如平时那么热,但仍然很舒服。入住和退房体验都很棒。入住和入住期间工作人员都非常友好。孩子们很喜欢游泳池!
工作人员不知道怎么操作窗帘。床头灯开关不直观。即使当时不是很忙,也拒绝了延迟半小时退房的请求。早餐很棒!热水浴缸也很棒!
有很多贫民窟的客人,房间薄得像纸一样,几乎能听到隔壁邻居的手机震动声。其他客人也发出很大噪音。走廊里弥漫着一股臭味。
