Nice size room. Room smelled musty. Hotel offered us another room, but we got back from our event so late it didn’t make sense to move all our belongings.

Very nice, clean hotel room close to Van Andel and that skywalk is amazing. The BOB is great for comedy shows two it’s right across the street.

Clean and spacious room, noisy (we could hear other rooms). AC did not work properly, we had set it at 67F, started working well and then after a while, kept going up to 73F on its own, this happened several times.

Room overlooked mechanical stuff and a flat roof area. Hallway smelled like pot or sewer. Room itself was clean and fine

Check in was flawless. Very friendly front desk staff. Room was nice. Bathrooms a bit dated but clean. Quick overnight for a concert, super convenient for that.

The hotel itself was the perfect location. It was just disappointing to have paid for one room, then be shifted into a much less nice room, with us being told at check-in, "Sorry, but we gave your room away, have a great night!"
