Close to the highway. Had a nice pool and clean rooms. Liked the restraint & bar on site & Starbucks!!

The price was good for the location to shopping, restaurants, and MSU. There was also a bistro type place on site that served breakfast, lunch, sold Starbucks, and basics alcoholic beverages. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Airconditioner thermostat wasn't working. I had to keep turning the temperature down because the A/C wouldn't stay on.

The room had a terrible smell. After checking in I had to park behind the building. I wasn't able to check in until late, and as a female I didn't feel safe.
It was just an overnight stay so I just dealt with it.

Bathtub blues
Stained bathtub was lethally slippery. The grab bar was installed on the wrong side so that you had to get in or out right under the shower head if you used it. Construction going on so things were noisy and messy. But customer service was good.
服务非常差，他们两天都没打扫，第一天我打电话告诉他们，第二天我遇到了服务小姐，我问她是否可以打扫，但她没有打扫。
这家酒店真的跟我预想的不太一样。我觉得他们更注重房间的设计，而不是顾客的舒适度。房间很漂亮，但是空调坏了，甚至连电源都没有。他们告诉我只剩一个房间了，所以给我安排了另一个房间。可是新房间的空调也不太好用。房间看起来很漂亮，但是床垫非常不舒服，淋浴水温也差强人意。服务员还给我指错了房间方向，让我绕了一大圈。对我来说，万豪这个名字就意味着舒适。

我一家四口订了一间行政套房。折叠沙发是双人床，也就是说房间只能睡三个人。折叠沙发也没有床单和枕头。前台的Eve人很好，但只提供了床垫垫当床单，外加一条毯子和一个枕头。最后我丈夫睡在地板上，我睡在折叠沙发里，孩子们也睡在一张床上。非常令人失望，而且没有欧陆式早餐。
淋浴间不干净，希望能得到退款。霉菌滋生，很恶心。我拍了照片
去前台要收据，两周了都没人回复。由于物资短缺，没有早餐供应。
