埃及最后一晚，看着这家可以接送机订的，在新开罗，机机场不远，接送机都很方便靠谱，服务员不论年纪做事都很麻利，很多机组成员也住这里，早饭品种也不少，还每桌送来现烤面包，好像还有中餐厅，离商场也不远，最后一天买买买挺适合，房间不是很大，不过住着还不错，门口每辆车都会大狼狗安检，很安全，狗很帅气😆
房间床铺还是比较舒服，万豪的床品。淋浴室水量很大，但是整体设施比较老旧，冰箱被锁住，没有一次性牙刷，早餐服务跟不上，果汁什么的经常断。
在这个酒店我们团是一周12月8-14号，我通过携程订了3天，2个大床房就给一个大床房，一个双床房，投诉无果，而且8-14号入住时候团友房间深夜进人，投诉酒店确认真实性，但不提供视频，我的房间和其他团友的房间经常晚上被外人刷卡，虽然没有进入，但都吓得要死，不会在入住这个酒店，噩梦连连。
如果携程有添加小费功能。我会给这个酒店添加小费。服务很贴心。有免费接送机服务，需要提前预定。今天出发电脑包放在大堂，坐上送机车大概不到5分钟就来电确认提醒我的电脑落在了酒店，司机又开回酒店，拿到电脑后又返回机场。全程没有另外加收费用。司机担心我们赶不上车，特意提速送机。但加时很平稳安全。帮我保管电脑的大堂经理，一位年轻的男士，过于匆忙没有记下他的名字。感谢他的提醒，联系，与协助。酒店整体服务很棒。大堂吧的餐食也很棒。菜单上没有太多的埃及料理，大堂吧的服务人员特意告知厨房做了菜单上没有的料理，海鲜番茄锅，这个真的太适合中国胃了。热乎乎的，海鲜很新鲜，番茄浓郁好味。
早餐也多样，还有中国料理角。泳池水温是温的nice.矿泉水无限供应。房间里还有暖气和冷气，太棒了。下次还会选择入住。再次感谢热情的招待与服务
床和枕头都太软了，不适合习惯睡硬床乳胶枕的我，食物的种类也基本可以满足大多数人需求，就是菜品没有多少符合中国口味的，服务员态度也不错，有健身房和泳池。就是临走丢了一副bose耳机，酒店和平台都没办法协助寄回 ：（

酒店房间的景观是我见过最差的。我让前台帮忙换一间视野好一点的房间，等了两天，他们都说房间满了。现在完全没心情评价其他方面了。
房间干净卫生，酒店环境优美😄
酒店位置在新开罗，离CFC商场很近，方便买些伴手礼带回去，还有免费的接送机服务。酒店里有一家中餐厅，服务态度还可以，但真的很难吃。
纽开罗市的一家很棒的酒店。员工非常热情友好，乐于助人，有求必应。我们一定会再来的。
