I booked two rooms, one room being handicapped had issues upon arrival. First of all it wasn’t handicapped and they had to scramble to get us one. The room itself was clean but the carpet was not secured to wall next to the bed. Creating a bit of a trip hazard for my elderly mother. Also the grab rail was loose although this was fixed rather quickly. Rooms and coffee supply’s were not refreshed daily. Also I have never stayed in a hotel where queen beds weren’t the standard.

我刚入住时，地上有一只袜子和用过的剃须刀。除此之外，一切都很好。停车费税后16美元，停车场在酒店后面。我到的时候入口处的停车场已经满了。晚上5点半到7点有两杯免费饮品，还包含早餐。煎蛋卷吧挺不错的。员工们普遍都很友好。照片是我房间的景色。

到了房间，地板没扫，到处都是薯片碎屑，浴缸里还有一根指甲。前台只给了我们10分，简直是杯水车薪。他们让我们感觉好像我们打扰了他们，让我们来修缮我们付过钱的房间一样！幸亏有清洁阿姨帮忙。我们以后再也不会来了。真不敢相信这么大的公司，竟然这样对待我们。
我们每次来镇上都会住这家酒店。但这次体验却不太理想。自从我们上次来之后，酒店新增了代客泊车服务。有些人为了办理入住而把车停在路边，堵住了入口和下客区。现场一片混乱，而且代客泊车的工作人员态度非常不友好。他们也没有阻止人们弃车离开。此外，作为经常来这里并且一直把这里当作首选住宿的人，我竟然找不到停车位。还有一点，电话上没有显示联系前台的电话号码，而且每张床上都少了一个枕头。就连折叠床也只有一个枕头。:( 冰箱里塞满了冰，几乎没法用。这些都是小问题，但却让人质疑酒店对细节的关注度。到底是谁在管理这家酒店？感觉它正在走下坡路。以后我们会另找一家酒店入住。
