We were disappointed that there was not a better explanation on whether there was daily or every other day housekeeping. We had to ask for new towels and coffee and tea replenishment and that is when we were told there is not everyday services to the room. The bottom sheet was not tucked in and looked sloppy. I would like to suggest that you put your in room safe at a level that can be achieved by older individuals . Having it on the bottom shelf of the cabinet was terrible to get to. The sink in the bathroom was missing the top of the stopper so you are not able to close the drain completely to fill the sink with water. We have stayed at Embassy Suites before and were disappointed with this one. Sorry to be so critical but if no one tells you, you can't make it better. Lastly we have children of our own but did not enjoy the constant running up and down the walk ways till well past 11PM Barbara Kulesia

Expanding your pool area would be great. Every time I went down it was a crowd of people or it was being cleaned. I never got the opportunity to even get in. Have you thought about opening an area for kids and teenagers? If the pool is full all they can do is walk the hall or sit in that very cold lobby.

Nice staff, hot hot tub, cold cold pool. Great breakfast. SLOW elevators. Contact lense on bathroom vanity. Floors not fully vacuumed.

Room was not cleaned, still had cup of OJ sitting by tv, pillow dirty, breakfast was not replaced as ppl ate, omelet line took 30 minutes, employees (front desk) was not uniformed regular street clothes

The staff was nice but the hotel was old and not very clean. The aroma was a strong chlorine smell from the pool as soon as you walk in. The room was not very clean. We found food crumbs on the floor by both brds, the tub plug did not work properly. And our room was not cleaned the next day. Since we experienced such issues, I decided not to alow my kid to swim in the pool. After the first night, We did switch rooms however, but we still had to ask for towels and our beds were not made up on the 3rd day. I do. Not recommend this location.

这家酒店太糟糕了，没看管的孩子们半夜敲我们的门。房间打扫得一点也不干净，我们浴室的水槽还有裂缝。周围到处都是噪音，我们根本没法睡觉。早餐的煎蛋卷把我全家都吃中毒了，我们才刚刚好起来。这家酒店根本不值这个价钱。
I will never stay at a embassy suites again they gave me food poisoning
我通过 Trip.com 给儿子预订并支付了住宿费用。办理入住时，他需要提供一张卡来支付杂费等，这很正常。但酒店也向他收取了一晚的住宿费。我多次尝试联系酒店经理并留言，但一直没有收到回复来解决这个问题。
