Room was very dirty , There were white stains on the couch. Duck tape holding the carpet down by the bathroom. The carpet had stains through out the living room area. Friday morning we went to eat breakfast at 8:20am most of the food items were almost empty. The soda machine was not working all weekend. THe cook to order station was very good but the rest of the food was not very good.Eggs were very runny and the potatoes were dry and over cooked. the sausage were very over cooked and hard. I usually stay at a Embassy Suites because of the breakfast but this was the worst one by far.

We had booked two rooms for our stay. First room had no linens on the bed, no sheets or pillowcases. Bed had comforter on, and pillows stacked as it were made. Called front desk and was told to come down and get the sheets that I needed, apparently, she was the only one there and could not leave the desk. When I went down to the front desk my son was there because he couldn't get into his room. He had made 3 different attempts to use different keys provided by the front desk. Eventually after an hour they were able to get us into different rooms. Very disappointed in the quality of services and cleanliness of this hotel. Elevators not working and climbing up 5 and 4 flights each time to deal with the front desk is unacceptable.

Terrible some poop in Hot Tub they didn’t clean it out they just had everybody get out ! Within 30 minutes people were back in.
I took kids to have a good night swimming and instead they were in a pool with human poop in the Hot tub!

Absolutely awful pool and jacuzzi. You can smell the chlorine way out in the lobby. Then when they finally tuned on the waterfall, it made my kids sick. They immediately started coughing and one of them needed a breathing treatment . The ceiling in there is moldy and it’s dripping leaking into the pool!!!!!!
The elevator shakes and wobbles and is the slowest I’ve ever been in. There’s no room service to bring you anything, you have to wait forever for an elevator to go down and get things yourself. And our bathroom door wouldn’t even close!

这家酒店太糟糕了，没看管的孩子们半夜敲我们的门。房间打扫得一点也不干净，我们浴室的水槽还有裂缝。周围到处都是噪音，我们根本没法睡觉。早餐的煎蛋卷把我全家都吃中毒了，我们才刚刚好起来。这家酒店根本不值这个价钱。
I will never stay at a embassy suites again they gave me food poisoning
我通过 Trip.com 给儿子预订并支付了住宿费用。办理入住时，他需要提供一张卡来支付杂费等，这很正常。但酒店也向他收取了一晚的住宿费。我多次尝试联系酒店经理并留言，但一直没有收到回复来解决这个问题。
