The rooms were nice, but the amenities were up too par. The second floor wasn’t done the pool was cool. The outdoor Jacuzzi was awesome. Just need complementary breakfast if you spend over $100 that would be nice but other than that room service and everything was good. I’d recommend it but just be up to speed next time. Don’t bring your game cause the Wi-Fi won’t work. I brought my PS five couldn’t even play. I had to use hotspot.

We had four families staying there and I had asked front desk if we could be more or less situated together. The women said I'll make a note of it when they check in. Well couldn't have been more spaced apart. I asked room service while they were cleaning the rooms if next door to my room was vacant and she said it was.

Always enjoy staying here, rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the indoor, outdoor hot tub. The convenience of the attached restaurant always makes for a great stay!!

Unaware of construction until after reservation had been made and paid in full. Our room appeared to have been recently remodeled-nice & clean. Young man at the front desk when we checked in was great, very good customer service.

It was a great place however i paid for a room with a jetted tub and they don't have them so I paid extra for nothing!

This was a very clean property. The staff was very nice. Housekeeping, every day of your stay, which is very rare. The pool was absolutely wonderful with the hot tub leading outside and on-site restaurant. Everything was just great room was very, very clean.

Great stay
Great stay. We were in town for a wedding, and the front desk did a great job moving around rooms so we can get in earlier than our checkin time to get ready for the wedding. Very clean and comfortable.

This property was clean, friendly and close to Dow Gardens & lots of shopping. Pool & spa were clean & inviting. Restaurant & lounge were a big plus!

Anniversary Getaway
We didn't participate in the Big E's because the coupon was not good for breakfast. So, we ate out every morning. When we were at the pool, no one came to see if we wanted refreshments. We were at the pool 3 times. Lastly, we had no room refresh from Sunday night to Wednesday noon. No housekeeping service, which is very unusual. Bed is comfortable.

Great Hotel!
Pros: Hotel was clean, room and linens were clean and looked new, beds were comfortable, & room was spacious with three queen size beds for the family.
The pool was clean and warm and there are adjoining indoor and outdoor hot tubs that were clean and hot. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food was good and prices reasonable.
Location was quiet, safe, and less than one mile from restaurants and shopping mall.
Pro and Con: Both dryers in the laundry room were out of order but the hotel went out of their way to get my clothes dried, which I really appreciated.
