Room 103 was fine, the location next to the exit door and elevators made it loud and annoying. Also, whoever was above me in 203 was loud, you could hear every footstep.

The breakfast had a good variety of choices; the staff was helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for parking.

K-ris was awesome. He seemed to be always there lol. He was quick to respond to my texts and very attentive when i needed things. Great person definitely an asset. The room 214 had a fan issue btw but nothing i needed to fuss abt but maybe you should fix that. The elevator was in need of servicing and the walls leading to rooms were oddly caved in everywhere a little concerning just so you know. Rowdy kids at the pool that we were told by the adults in charge they only get to go once a year and they're allowed. But other than that nothing to say i wouldn't cone again.

Clean room, firm beds and the manager cleaned our car of snow. Would definitely recommend!

I tried to cancel the reservation on the ******* website because my international flight was delayed and I wasn't able to get to Midland at all, but every time I clicked on the Cancel Reservation button, I got an error message that I couldn't. I called Hampton and the desk explained that the reservation (made on 9/27/25) could not be canceled because it was not canceled 24 hours in advance which would be on 9/26/25, a day before I even made the reservation!! I was charged for the room even though I never made it to Midland. I plan on disputing the American Express charge for this. This is ridiculous!! Fix your website!
