This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel! I normally don’t complain but I have to today! Upon entry the receptionist was rude, went to my room and the hallway was dirty, smelly and I felt unsafe. The entire hallway was littered with trash. My key didn’t work so I went back to front desk and he gave me another room with an even bigger attitude ! It was filthy! Food in fridge, beer case in kitchen, parties next door till 1am, both bed tables were dirty, hair all over the ceiling in the bathroom. I got no sleep on one of the biggest mornings of my life. Extremely disappointed!

The place was filthy with mess on the carpets, dirt on the walls, and stuff smeared on the doors. The baseboards have fallen off the walls and never been replaced or redecorated. There were no services offered during our entire stay. The reception area was cramped and dark, with a tiny "Enter" sign marking it in the parking lot. The security of the place is terrible. There is meant to be a two-door system with key cards required at both doors. However, each day of our stay, there was a block propping open the main door so that anyone could enter the building. This meant the only protection during our stay was the suite door, which clearly hadn't been replaced in a long time and had a very basic lock. The doors are not slow-closing doors, and the walls are thin, which means that you can hear every time a door is closed throughout the day and night. Inside the suite, there was expired food in the cupboards and dirty carpets. Again, the baseboards were missing in the bathroom, and there were hairs in the drains. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied in the shower, and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the suite. The room description stated it had a queen-size bed, but it was only a little bigger than a single bed. The outlets beside the bed buzzed if anything was plugged in. At night, there were overwhelming smells from very pungent dinners being prepared and music being blasted. The only positives were that the heat worked well and the suite was a good size.

The staff was fine. The room was a bit dirty and 3 of 5 lights in the room were out. Parking was easy. It was OK.
地理位置优越,酒店后面有个小池塘,风景优美;旁边有沃尔玛,购物方便。吃饭的地方也很多。房间里有厨房,可以自己做点饭。床也很软,睡起来挺舒服。放几张周边环境的照片吧,确实很nice。
我房间所在的楼栋,入口处也有门锁,感觉安保措施做得挺到位。虽然不含早餐,但前台有准备咖啡和茶水。一进房间就闻到一股异味,打开厨房水槽下方柜门,味道更浓了,所以只好开着浴室排气扇睡觉。早上用了微波炉,虽然有洗碗液,但没有洗碗海绵。房间本身没有发霉,挺干净的,但床底下有好几处垃圾。

我去办理入住时,这家酒店下午4点告诉我,他们没有干净的房间。前台的女士两次试图打电话给经理,想看看谁是她的管家,经理却挂断了电话。这家酒店的房间里有窃听器。
