We had a girls night. Room was large and clean. We needed a cork screw opener and staff went out of their way to find one for us. Enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast selection was wonderful. Room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Unable to enjoy hot tub, recovering from knee surgery looked nice though

This is our second time staying in the past couple months…once for a sports trip and another for a school trip. We had accident double-booked and ******* required the hotel to release the refund, which they did.
Good breakfast, and great staff.
Will most likely stay again whenever we are in Petoskey. Can’t compliment the staff enough!

The room was very clean and the staff very professional and kind, however when I reserved the room there was no indication that there was going to be a pet fee of $75 for one night! That almost doubled the price of the room

Great room, clean breakfast had good quality food and also the beds were comfortable. The pool was a little cold but was clean and plenty of towels.

This stay was pleasant until the family checked in above our room. The walls were so thin that we could hear every step. The family staying had children who ran about till 10pm and hit the ground running at 6:15am. It would have been a much more pleasant stay if we didn't hear everything with our neighbors.

房间大小很棒，我们很喜欢孩子们的沙坑。考虑到价格，我希望隔音效果能更好一些。楼上的客人一直吵到晚上11点以后，早上5点又开始吵了起来。听起来就像孩子们从双层床上跳下来一样。浴室还不错，但考虑到价格，空间很小。早餐是典型的中档酒店标准。我们可以看到美丽的水景，但那景色也包含一栋建筑的背面和一堆垃圾箱。阳台很窄。插头只有床的一侧。
