The facilities and and staff were terrific; however our room was directly below the kitchen/laundry rooms which meant we contended with noise very early.

Perfect location, great views. Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful

Beautiful property and you can see Lake Michigan from the hotel. Sunset Park minutes away so we saw beautiful sunsets each day. Absolutely gorgeous and convenient location to downtown, post office, restaurants and many stores nearby.

Very clean hotel, staff is great although they need more staff at the desk. I did have to change rooms bc the room next door was an adjoining room and the noise was intolerable. There was a gap large enough at the bottom of the door that allowed me to see shadows of the feet of the people on the other side of that room and hear every word spoken. I felt very uncomfortable, went down to the desk at 10:30 pm and requested a change of room. The staff member was very understanding and found another room. Still, not at all a situation I would expect from a hotel brand that is usually quiet, clean and comfortable

I wish this location offered a “dairy/cheese-free” scrambled eggs or plain cheese-free omelette.

房间大小很棒，我们很喜欢孩子们的沙坑。考虑到价格，我希望隔音效果能更好一些。楼上的客人一直吵到晚上11点以后，早上5点又开始吵了起来。听起来就像孩子们从双层床上跳下来一样。浴室还不错，但考虑到价格，空间很小。早餐是典型的中档酒店标准。我们可以看到美丽的水景，但那景色也包含一栋建筑的背面和一堆垃圾箱。阳台很窄。插头只有床的一侧。
