I booked this hotel including breakfast for just over £43. For 2 people that is an excellent deal. The decor is a bit plasticky and bright but it is clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable and rooms clean and functional, which given the price was surprising. The breakfast buffet was ample and included a good selection of hot and cold food. Don't expect any luxuries, but given what I paid I would happily recommend the hotel. It's a bit out of the city, so don't expect any amenities nearby.

Can’t book a room?? Under a refurbishment or being paid by the government to house certain people… Please tell me the situation as a British national I have a right to know!!

No longer open to the general public. Will never use an ibis again.. Awful hotel. Terrible service. Abysmal location..

I walked in whilst in the area, thinking this might be a good place to work for a couple of hours. On walking in through their lobby, I was confronted by two aggressive individuals, completely unidentified by any badges or indication that they worked for Ibis. They squared up to me a few inches from my face in an extremely threatening fashion. They subsequently identified themselves as “security” but gave no explanation as to their behaviour or why they were trying to buffet me out of the building. Once outside they were joined by a very young member of staff, this time wearing a tee shirt and Ibis badge, but they offered no apology as to why I had been treated in this unprofessional and threatening manner, even referring to me as “mate”. What is this place? It seems to have been taken over as some kind of accommodation for migrants, but there is no signage to indicate that the hotel isn’t open to the public. Frankly my experience was extremely disturbing and has left me very shaken. Appalling!

Staff very polite, room very clean, but this hotel is next to Corinium avenue , all the time very noisy, unable to sleep during nights, my room window was toward the avenue. If you want quite place and a good sleep and your sleep easily disturb by noise I don’t recommend this hotel,
