The desk person (male)who checked us in was professional and courteous.
The desk person whom we spoke with (female) the next morning was not professional and didn't have knowledge of the hotel policy. She didn't attempt to assist us with the parking issue nor did she apologize for the parking issue. We have decided we won't stay at this Hilton property again. It wasn't a great experience.

There was trash on the floor in the room, remote to the TV didn’t work. I had to manually turn on TV and want able to adjust the volume. Not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel.

The hotel charged for breakfast and for parking, based on my previous stays in the Hilton they have always had those services included in the booking of the room.

Staff was excellent. Food in the restaurant was excellent, menu had plenty of options. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Transportation to the airport quick and smooth

I was here for less than 12 hours to catch a very early flight, but the staff was so friendly, the location was surprisingly quiet, very convenient right next to the airport, room was comfortable, and it had a lot of food options nearby. I’m happy I chose this hotel to get a quick sleep at before flying.

This is an older, basic airport hotel that is now charging exorbitant rates. The service for breakfast was awful. The hotel is now started charging for parking. There are lots of other newer and better options including Hyatt, Hampton and Holiday Inn.

I booked 2 rooms both king beds with fold out couch room for 3 and a tub! Well no tub, and no couch for extra room
