Room was ok
Check in woman was not very informative. Wanted me to go by the desk every trip in or out when a side door was closer to an elevator. It was much friendlier and homelier when it was Resident Inn

We liked the location, just far enough outside the city, for less congestion. Pretty setting, and views. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and nice towels. Corridors and room were clean. Only 2 slight negatives: breakfast ended at 8:30 or 9:00 (Sat.), so missed the first one, as we slept in until 8. Also, size of gap under room door allows for conversation in hallway, and loud talking from rooms nearby to come right through. Fortunately, everyone quieted down by 11:00 pm However, neither of those things would discourage us from staying again.

House keeping never brought any more coffee to the room for the 3 nights I stayed. The room was good except…..the toilets should be adult height not child height. I know it wasn’t labeled a handicap room but the higher toilets was all that was missing

Easy check in and check out procedure. My incidental hold was only 20$ which was pretty cool to me. Breakfast was yummy and simple but keep in mind it is a hotel breakfast, not a 5 star restaurant. Area is secluded and quiet but close enough to freeway entrance. Room was clean and hotel was quiet! Would absolutely stay again!

This stay was disappointing. Upon preparing for bed, the sheets had not been changed. When informing the front desk, they delivered replacement sheets which contained two bed bugs. Also, there were no garbage cans in sight and the TV did not work.

房间不干净；咖啡机里还有咖啡渣，房间里只有一个杯子，抽油烟机和炉灶都很脏。卫生纸质量很差，又薄又少。退房时前台的态度也很不好，甚至不能提供我们住宿费用的预估，只说“因为您是通过第三方预订的，费用是付给第三方，而不是我们。”过去五年我来过这家酒店四次，现在服务质量真是大不如前了。我们以后不会再来了。

房间很脏，水槽里有头发/霉菌。地板上有头发，房间看起来好像没用吸尘器打扫过。折叠床的床单也很脏。虽然没有透露具体信息，但停车费是20美元。停车位非常有限。如果你喜欢嗨，可以去走廊里玩。也许这能让人们不在乎房间或房间的清洁度？我实在搞不懂为什么它只给9分。
