That there was a big clump of hair in the shower BAD. No clock in the room. Had to tell the man at desk how to take care of the hair in shower. He said, things like this happen about ever 2 weeks. I Won't be staying there again. BAD

Room was dirty, sheets had stains, hair and dirt in shower, this was also a handicap room. Their excuse was maids couldn’t clean some rooms because fans from the WVU game trashed the rooms after the loss to Utah

Great staff!
The staff was so kind and helpful. There was an issue with my room and the woman at the front desk got me switched and made sure everything was ok with my new room. I also forgot to bring something and at 5 AM the woman at the front desk offered to bring it to me so I didn’t have to walk to her.

The Staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is very convenient. We stay here when we have appointments at Ruby Hospital. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay.

Convenient to Ruby Memorial Hospital
Very close to WVU Eye Center, where we were having eye surgery. Even though we drove back and forth. we could have walked.
The beds are so comfortable!

DISGUSTING PLACE!
I checked in and walked into my room to find the bed wasn't really made... the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Front desk told me "the cleaning lady probably sat on the bed to take a break" (?); didn't give me another room or send someone to make the bed with new linens. Picture of the "made bed" attached.
