This was our second time staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. This is a great place to stay on a budget.

The were to areas with loose wallpaper. The sink plunger did not work. her that the room was great in a bed and couch. Was awesome

Check in was a pain, had to wait an hour after our check in time for the room to be ready. Staff was friendly. Hotel needs some updates and could have been a little cleaner.

Room smelled like sweaty feet every time we came back, it was so bad and eventually you would just get used to it. Floor was soaking wet when we arrived (I believe the tub is leaking underneath) so that was fun. When we went to shower, that didn't work so no hair washing for us this weekend. Every time we left the hotel and came back our card key would not work and we had to go back down to the front desk, which is not what we wanted to do after a long day. There was a door to connect to the room next door and the lock didn't work so we just had to trust our neighbors. Multiple outlets didn't work so some devices didn't charge overnight. The staff was very nice, but this place does not deserve the high ratings for the price you're paying.

The room was not in good condition. Stained bedsheets - I asked for a clean comforter and they never dropped it off. The shower was filthy - we didn't get to shower. A little rundown in my opinion. Very disappointing for a Sonesta property. They claimed there was nothing they could do for me since I booked with *******.

I have stayed at the property many times and the door leading to the parking does not close and lock properly and is an obvious security issue !!

Wrong date was accidentally selected on reservation and although we never checked in Sonesta would not help in any way to correct to correct date.
