I am sorry you had some issues with your room key, our keys are remote satellite encoded and it is impossible to open doors without a key card being coded to a specific door; perhaps the door was left ajar accidently? 环境好，驱车去大瀑布40分钟，旁边梅西百货10分钟车程，挺方便的。
干净、安静，而且有机场班车服务，离机场也很近——这正是我们所需要的一切！

我预订了一间两居室套房，因为我和朋友一起旅行，需要各自独立的空间。然而，入住时，由于维护，他们没有空余房间。我们被安排了两间独立的一居室套房，并获得了在超市购买饮料和零食的积分。前台工作人员非常棒。非常感谢这个选择。

不安全，感觉不安全
退房时我发现我不用钥匙就可以进入房间。我实际上可以不用钥匙刷进出房间，这意味着我房门上的密码不知何故被停用了。我也对在那里工作的维修工产生了怀疑。上次住在这里时，我绝对觉得我的安全受到了威胁。
