My parents came to town from Iowa. It was during Ocktoberfest and busy. The hotel was real good about keeping people out if they didn't have a room key.

We'd like to be able to have a room facing the back instead of the front. We've stayed many times and this is our first time facing the front. The traffic is super loud starting early in the morning.

It was an acceptable place to stay except for me. I can’t tolerate heat and couldn’t get the room cool enough but that’s me.

Good room with loud A/C
Good room and nice peoperty even if the neighborhood was a bit run down for the area. LOUD A/C unit. Everything else was great.

Booked a queen suite with a separate room and a couch only to be given a room with a king bed, no separate room and a chair instead of a couch! Front desk attendant was no help! Couldn’t even provide us with a rollaway bed.

Had it not been a sell out weekend with state track in town, we would have gladly try to accommodate their mistake, however we could not at that point. Again, sorry that happened. We can only do so much in these situations. We always want our guests to have a great stay and sorry that we could not have done more given the circumstances.

Very clean room and bed was great. No breakfast service as this hotel is more of an extended stay. But they had a kitchen to make your own.
