No hand soap in the bathroom out first day, had to go into shower and get body wash to wash
Second day room had been serviced but the beds not made
There for convention and no lunch available on site. Trash not removed after the first day so it was overflowing when returning for the 2nd day
When returning the 3rd day the garbage bag was removed but not replaced took 2 hours to finally get one
Convention full of women and public bathrooms had stalls out of order. No soap in dispensers
Enjoyed the convention but facility support was awful. Won’t be back

I did an early check in which I did not get as my room was not ready. It was JUST ready at 4pm check in time. The garbages out front were over flowing it was nasty! They had way too much going on at that hotel and not enough staff. Maybe consider my NOT hosting a beauty pageant on the same weekend Madison is holding a Morgan Wallen concert?

Unfortunately the hotel was way overbooked that night, and the rooms were not being cleaned fast enough. It was the perfect storm. I checked in online two days before and said we were arriving early at 1pm. We checked in then and the two rooms were not available. They said rooms would be ready by 3pm on our apps. At three pm we came back and had to wait in line again for 30 min and finally at 4:40pm as we stood there and spoke to sometime at the desk, one room was assigned to us as we said we had a concert to go to in 40 mins and needed to get ready. We had to downgrade and get a smaller room to make this happen. The second room that was reserved was not available until 8pm at night and we had already left for the concert. We were not able to shower which was frustrating. I am a Marriot member and I have never felt like I have had to beg for a hotel room. There were people ahead of us in the line that were told they needed to go back and call ******* to bump them to another hotel as they were overbooked at the hotel. The staff at the desk tried but they were overwhelmed at the chaos not site why there was no supervisor helping or better management if the cleaning or check in process.

The room was decent but the check in process was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. We got there at check in time 4pm and the line was crazy long. I think we waited 40 minutes before finally getting our room. Besides that was worth a quick one night stay for a good price. Would stay again.

The only complaint is the elevators. We waited 32 minutes for an elevatir that we fit in! I had a luggage bag and a travel closet, so the stairs were not an option. They need more and bigger elevators.
酒店硬件不错。房间、卫生间都很大，很舒服。位置离麦迪逊市区比较远。打车到麦迪逊要20多美金。高峰期要30多美金。早餐还可以。价格约20美金。
很不错的酒店，会议中心也很好，干净整洁。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，和上次一样，一切都很棒。他们甚至帮我保管了上次没来得及取走的包裹。一个月后收到真是个惊喜！因为很多酒店可能就直接扔掉了。喷泉的声音特别好听，很赞。
