The toilet ran all night and needed repair. Sink didn’t drain and was very shallow. Air conditioning ran a lot but didn’t cool off. Lucky the window did open! Staff was polite, helpful and accommodating. Huge facility for conferences but empty for us. Ghost town!

During our stay there was a Pokémon convention taking place downstairs. Overall, a good experience but a bit more crowded than we were expecting.
Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Nice (and large) gym!

Cassie, the font desk manager went above and beyond to help us get checked-in in a timely manner even though the hotel was booked. I am a business owner and can say Cassie is the kind of team-member any company or employer would be lucky and proud to have.

No hand soap in the bathroom out first day, had to go into shower and get body wash to wash
Second day room had been serviced but the beds not made
There for convention and no lunch available on site. Trash not removed after the first day so it was overflowing when returning for the 2nd day
When returning the 3rd day the garbage bag was removed but not replaced took 2 hours to finally get one
Convention full of women and public bathrooms had stalls out of order. No soap in dispensers
Enjoyed the convention but facility support was awful. Won’t be back
