The room was not like the website pictured, the shower head and tub faucet were leaking, and you could not access any other door in the hotel except the main lobby doors because they were all locked from the inside with no access to the parking lot

We had a very enjoyable stay.
We stayed while visiting family in GLendale. Part of our reason for staying there was to have our granddaughters over one evening to swim in the pool. It just so happened that our room was right across from the pool so that was great. Because it was a weeknight and apparently no conferences were still going on, we also had the pool area to ourselves for a couple of hours.
My wife also said the bed was the best bed she's ever had in a hotel.
