A family of 2 parents had 13 children in pool and spa( which they were diving into) there is a sign stating that any child under 12 is not allowed in spa under any circumstance especially alone. The parents were dealing with the older children playing other things and not watching the children also all children were between 3 and maybe 8. At one point a very smal child jumped in without a vest and my husband had to grab him out from drowning. There wasn’t a parent that even noticed! We figured someone at the front desk was watching the cameras but that was not the case. No one from the hotel saw nor came down. I’m assuming this is not an issue they are concerned about since we stayed up until it was about to close thinking the large family would leave and we could sit comfortably for a few minutes alone. This was reported with a long breath from the front desk clerk and we were not offered or even apologized for them failing to watch the cameras or just being unconcerned like it was normal. So to also add this family we’re letting mor adults with more children through the back door which once again wasn’t seen on or watched the camera. Don’t be fooled it looks very lovely but it was anything but. When we got to our room after checking in the tv didn’t work so we had to with not help getting everything together and moved to a completely different floor. I wouldn’t give them even a 1 for the fact that the hotel was nothing it was said it would be. Choose wisely is all I say..

Great value and customer service!
Customer service was amazing. Not sure if his name was Jon, but he was awesome at check in. The breakfast area was spotless!!! I couldn’t get over it. Would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends. Thank you!

Elevator not working. Pool not working. Stained sheets and towels. Smelly swamp in parking lot. Loud guests upstairs. Will not return.

Slightly below average. Outside appearance was beautiful but inside was just okay. Room felt a little dirty, cob webs in the corners of the room. Hairs on the bottom of the shower. Bed was comfy and clean sheets though! Scheduled a shuttle for the airport with the front desk but in the morning they said no shuttle was scheduled. Quick and easy fix, but still annoying after waiting for it to arrive just to find it they never scheduled it.

Room Condition
The door lock was broken and the bottom of the door was half torn off. There was tub molding repair work done and left unfinished. The room needed a good sanitizing.

If the dryer is broken and at check in someone asks where the laundry room is at, you should probably mention the dryer is broken! Finding out hours aftet checking in that the dryer is broken is not the time to find out. We wouldve canceled our stay as we needed to wash cloths during our vacation.
