When I got into the room. It was clean expect for the bathroom. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and there was several hairs in the shower and a dead spider. Jennifer was great at the front desk. She got me signed up to earn points, she was very kind and had toothpast

Hot tub was luke warm. Lots of construction inside. But staff were friendly and as accomodating as they could be.

Breakfast was really good and they had a nice variety. Room was very clean. I enjoyed the Dove products in the bathroom area. The front desk associate was nice and helpful.

A family of 2 parents had 13 children in pool and spa( which they were diving into) there is a sign stating that any child under 12 is not allowed in spa under any circumstance especially alone. The parents were dealing with the older children playing other things and not watching the children also all children were between 3 and maybe 8. At one point a very smal child jumped in without a vest and my husband had to grab him out from drowning. There wasn’t a parent that even noticed! We figured someone at the front desk was watching the cameras but that was not the case. No one from the hotel saw nor came down. I’m assuming this is not an issue they are concerned about since we stayed up until it was about to close thinking the large family would leave and we could sit comfortably for a few minutes alone. This was reported with a long breath from the front desk clerk and we were not offered or even apologized for them failing to watch the cameras or just being unconcerned like it was normal. So to also add this family we’re letting mor adults with more children through the back door which once again wasn’t seen on or watched the camera. Don’t be fooled it looks very lovely but it was anything but. When we got to our room after checking in the tv didn’t work so we had to with not help getting everything together and moved to a completely different floor. I wouldn’t give them even a 1 for the fact that the hotel was nothing it was said it would be. Choose wisely is all I say..

Great value and customer service!
Customer service was amazing. Not sure if his name was Jon, but he was awesome at check in. The breakfast area was spotless!!! I couldn’t get over it. Would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends. Thank you!

Elevator not working. Pool not working. Stained sheets and towels. Smelly swamp in parking lot. Loud guests upstairs. Will not return.

从始至终，体验都非常棒。
房间干净舒适，每个细节都经过精心设计。氛围宁静祥和，非常适合情侣放松身心，享受美好时光。
早餐美味可口，种类丰富，食材新鲜。酒店地理位置也堪称完美：靠近一切便利设施，却又足够安静，让人放松身心。
唯一的遗憾是我们入住期间电梯因维修无法使用，但这丝毫没有影响整体体验。
我们一定会再次入住这里。强烈推荐！
